1. Where do you deliver? Can I pickup?

We deliver and pickup our Coolrooms all over Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. You can also pickup from us.

2. Are the Coolrooms Equiped with Safety Features?

Yes. All of our coolrooms are fitted with an emergency exit handle inside the coolroom, lights that are constantly on while the coolroom is connected to power, an internal emergency stop switch and are electrically test and tagged. These reduce the dangers of working in a confined space and you must ensure that all staff with access to the coolroom are aware of these features.

3. Where can the Coolroom be parked?

A level site with vehicle access and within 25 metres of a power source is required to operate the coolroom.

4. What do we need to do to setup the Coolroom?

Nothing. We will deliver the Coolroom, set it up and ensure that it is working. It can take several hours for the Coolroom to reach the required temperature so ensure you allow adequate time between the Coolroom and your food arriving.

5. Do the Coolrooms have shelving?

Yes. Our coolrooms are fitted with shelving that meets the legislative requirements of Food Safety legislation.

6. What Security measures are in place?

Our Coolrooms are supplied with a lock on the door to secure your goods. We will also fit the Coolroom with a wheel clamp and drawbar lock to ensure that the Coolroom cannot be moved once setup.

7. What Payments Methods do you accept?

Generally we require payment on delivery of the Coolroom by cash, Visa or Mastercard. Accounts may be available on request, as is prepayment by bank transfer.
